“I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years. Heba is amazing and takes the time to explain my medication to me and answers any questions that I might have. In fact all of the staff I have spoken to at this location are friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this pharmacy if you want competent and caring service.”
“Honestly, I've been going to this pharmacy for like almost 8 years now and they're just really good. Last week they didn't have my meds in stock (apparently there was some supply issue?) and the manager Nermeen, - actually called me the day when they got it in. I truly felt like I was a priority on her list of to dos that day!
The people there are just nice, you know? Not fake nice, but actually helpful. They handle my insurance with ease and very willing to make calls and double check notes.
I certainly have a choice of a closer pharmacy to my home yet, Nermeen and Everyone at Bradford Medex actually seem to care, which I’m proud to be a client of so there it is. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for somewhere new and wanting to be treated fairly and respectfully. Choose Bradford Medex and be glad you did.”

“The most helpful. They go out of their way to help you. If they see a problem with a prescription they will call and have the issue resolved. Also having your prescriptions ready fast and other prescriptions you didn’t even remember to order. I would give Pharmasave a 10 out of 10.”
“A consistently great place to shop. It's clean, well-stocked, and generously staffed by polite customer service workers and cashiers. The one minor complaint is that the small trolleys run out quickly and hand baskets are not available.”
“Came here 10:30 pm to buy some drinks and snacks. It was great to see someone working the cash register and even tho he was busy filling out some forms or inventory, he very hospitably put all that to the side to welcome us and cash us out. He was so kind, easy to talk to, gave us some recommendations on a chocolate we were considering. Helped us put everything back in our cart. His name was Caleb and he was so helpful and welcoming!”

“I was lucky enough to be a customer of the Rexall store in Erin Ontario for a number of years. A service in that store, really said a high standard, and provided a terrific example of what great service, can look like. Recently on a visit to the Rexall store in Bradford, I encountered much the same service. I’ve always found the front door associates to be quite helpful and friendly. But on this particular visit, I encountered a fellow by the name of Bernie. In short, the product I was looking for was not on the shelf. One of the other staff members, mentioned it could be on one of the pallets that had just been delivered. Bernie went the extra mile to find out that yes, in fact, the product was on the delivery, that was yet unpacked. He provided me with a rain check, told me he would personally set two of the items (that’s the quantity I was looking for aside and I could pick them up at my convenience or the next couple of days. When I didn’t return in that time., Bernie took the time to call me to remind me that he had the products set aside. Being as slow as I am to return messages, Bernie had the opportunity to call and remind me again. When I finally did visit the store, the product that Bernie had set aside was exactly where he said it would be, behind the counter, with my name on it. Bernie truly went the extra mile and, I truly appreciate his commitment to provide a great service.”
