“I had a 5-star review, but after the last few online grocery orders, Zerhs isn't holding up to the five stars anymore. In the last few online orders, some employees have picked rotten produce (tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers), & when unpacking at home.. I really don't want to have to drive back to the grocery store to purchase something I Just bought ?.As well I've also had two rude employees this month at the front desk area say when exchanging my water jug, "You know you can purchase that at the cashier till!".. Well, the water jugs are around the corner, & I carry mine... So no, I don't want to have to walk back around to the cashier when the front desk area has no one in line.Just over the last few months, Zerhs has seemed to lack friendly staff at the front desk, & the produce isn't the top quality like they used to have.. It's unfortunate because I like a lot of stuff from Zerhs. Just an example, but my grocery order August 30.. this was the three pack of cucumbers I was given, & I can't use any of them!?”

“I walked one day in the store to only inquire about my prescription. This young, lovely lady at the pharmacy helped me in no time and told me to wait 10 min. to pick up my refill (not 2 hrs., like before). I decided to hang around. My biggest surprise was when the same young lady at the pharmacy came looking for me to give me additional information. While waiting around, every employee who walked by me smiled and said hello. ☺️Imagine my surprise!!! Nowadays, it seems that everyone is rude and we complain about lack of service, but these people are awesome ? ? ? ?Further, 10 min later, I picked up my refill, and I dealt with a young man this time who offered to cash me out for whatever else I had picked up while waiting (I did not even ask, usually I go to another cashier in the store). And he was polite, courteous, and smiling. Unfortunately, I don't have the names of the young people at the pharmacy, but I'm sure they know who they are?Kudos to all of you! This is excellence in service ? ? ?”
