“I came in right when the pharmacy opened at 10:00 AM on a Saturday, hoping to get a cream for my elderly father who was suffering from severe shingles pain. Saturdays are usually reserved for drop-off and pick-up only, but the pharmacist on duty was incredibly kind and understanding. Even though she was working alone, she went out of her way to prepare the cream the same day and had it ready before closing at 1:00 PM. Her compassion and professionalism truly made a difference for our family. We're very grateful - highly recommend this pharmacy for both its service and care.”

“We have used the Rexall at Yonge/Clearmeadow in Newmarket for years. This is our 'go to' pharmacy for all of our prescriptions, and especially for Flu and Covid vaccines (they are phenomenal with kids!). The pharmacists and technicians are all very personable and professional.
Today, Monday January 5th 2026, the pharmacists (I wish I could remember their names!) truly went above and beyond for our family, and I felt really compelled to leave a positive review so that they are acknowledged for their important work. I brought my son in for Rapid Strep Testing. The pharmacist who administered the swab was INCREDIBLY patient with my son, who is highly anxious with medical appointments of any kind. The test came back positive and we were quickly connected with a virtual physician to prescribe an antibiotic. When my son attempted to take the dose, he just didn't tolerate it. I had several conversations with the pharmacy team, who had us come back in and connected us with the virtual physician service again, and we were given a new script that my son was able to successfully take! We were certainly a 'high needs' family today, and they were so incredibly patient and professional, despite the fact that it was clearly a very busy day in the pharmacy. We were happy customers before, but after today I also have such gratitude for having this phenomenal pharmacy team right around the corner. Thank you again!”

This evening I was in with my kids for Flu and covid booster and the pharmacist was so gentle giving the vaccines you could barely feel it. Even the kids mentioned how gentle he was.
