“Enterprise provides excellent service, but I have one concern regarding the gas tank policy. When I received the car, the tank was slightly less than three-quarters full. It’s difficult to return the car with the exact same amount of fuel. It would be much easier if they provided the car with a full tank, allowing customers to simply return it with a full tank as well. As it stands, I nearly had to fill it up completely.
I was waiting for a ride to drop off me at the collision center. They had a route with three different stops, and even though I was the first to be picked up, I was dropped off last. What should have been a 5-minute trip ended up taking an hour.”

Long story short:
I actually had my reservation cancelled at another car rental location in the US because of a lack of cars available, and I could not find any other ones in the US.

However I made a last minute reservation at this location and after calling ahead, he agreed to wait 15 minutes past closing time for me to arrive to pickup the car. This literally saved my entire long weekend, had he not waited for me, my road trip with my friends would be cancelled.

When I went to return the car he noticed a scratch that I probably left from driving through a deep pothole during my trip and let me go without any charge. He was genuinely so kind and hospitable, I have not had a better car rental experience than this location.”
