Long story short:
I actually had my reservation cancelled at another car rental location in the US because of a lack of cars available, and I could not find any other ones in the US.
However I made a last minute reservation at this location and after calling ahead, he agreed to wait 15 minutes past closing time for me to arrive to pickup the car. This literally saved my entire long weekend, had he not waited for me, my road trip with my friends would be cancelled.
When I went to return the car he noticed a scratch that I probably left from driving through a deep pothole during my trip and let me go without any charge. He was genuinely so kind and hospitable, I have not had a better car rental experience than this location.”
