“First of all, a huge thank you to David for treating us with such kindness and professionalism during a very stressful emergency situation. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with a rental car company.

Within minutes, the Enterprise team arranged to pick us up from the collision center, which was incredibly helpful. The paperwork and rental process were very smooth and hassle-free. We were provided with a neat, clean, and well-maintained vehicle with under 50,000 km and a full tank of fuel.

David explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure we understood all the details before leaving. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made a difficult situation much easier for us.

“I had an excellent experience with Budget Car Rental, especially because of Ibrahim.

My U.S. credit card kept declining, and I had to spend nearly an hour on the phone with my bank to resolve the issue. Ibrahim was extremely patient, kind, and cooperative throughout the entire process. He waited for me without making me feel rushed, while also continuing to assist many other customers efficiently. In roughly two hours, I saw him handle at least ten different customers by himself, and he remained professional and helpful with everyone.

He also provided us with a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, which was an excellent fit for my family. It was spacious, comfortable, feature-packed, and very fuel-efficient, which saved us quite a bit on gas.

“Amazing experience. Mike and Emily are both awesome to work with. Emily helped me walk through my reservation on-line which was painless, especially when I am not computer savvy. Mike, well I can't say enough kind words about him. Easy to talk too, got me exactly what I needed while my car was in for repairs. I wasn't sure if I needed a car for 3 or 4 days, no issue. “The man working there was super helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help me and I will never forget that. 10/10 experience, will definitely rent from this location again.

Long story short:
I actually had my reservation cancelled at another car rental location in the US because of a lack of cars available, and I could not find any other ones in the US.

However I made a last minute reservation at this location and after calling ahead, he agreed to wait 15 minutes past closing time for me to arrive to pickup the car. This literally saved my entire long weekend, had he not waited for me, my road trip with my friends would be cancelled.

When I went to return the car he noticed a scratch that I probably left from driving through a deep pothole during my trip and let me go without any charge. He was genuinely so kind and hospitable, I have not had a better car rental experience than this location.”
