As a whole their customer service is terrible and so is their policies, my family has banked with them for years now and slowly but surely have seen the decline of friendliness….if you are looking for a bank look somewhere else their fees are outrageous and service atrocious! Just terrible customer communications. I dialed them 9 times trying to speak to different services - no answers. Even chat box is not helpful at all. Are you guys working there? The time was from 12:50 to 14:12, Friday, no people available at regular business hours! This is CIBC branch on Lundy’s lane Niagara Falls ON.
