Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls-Fallsview is a hotel located close to the Niagara Falls attractions and entertainment district, offering convenient access for visitors. The hotel features beautiful, though older, rooms that are generally clean and cozy. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with particular praise for Zlatko in the breakfast area, who made breakfast memorable and provided excellent service. The rooms have windows that open, allowing guests to enjoy the falls as white noise, and the location is walkable to many nearby activities. However, some guests noted that the hotel’s safety measures are lacking, as anyone can walk into the building and access the elevators without key card security, raising concerns about safety. Additionally, some rooms need updating, especially the bathrooms, which are small and in need of renovation. Walls are thin, and noise from neighboring rooms can be audible. The hotel does not have in-room microwaves or mini-fridges, so guests should plan accordingly. The water park was a highlight for some, but it was unfortunately closed during a recent stay, disappointing guests who paid for that amenity. Bed comfort was also a concern for some, with mattresses not meeting expectations. Overall, the hotel provides good location and friendly service, with minor improvements needed to enhance comfort and safety.

You have to pay for parking to stay here that is almost 20% of the cost of the room. They also don’t often have falls facing rooms available, so even if you pay for an upper floor, it will likely be facing the parking structure, especially if on a weekend. The view from the 10th floor restaurant is incredible.
