“One of the best to stay at. The room was nice it was clean the shower a little small. The jacuzzi in the roo was very nice. The pool area and hottubs with the pool side bar is just the added catch here and there is a restaurant and bar attached to it as well that's accessible from hotel without going outside.”
“Nice place to spend a day. Only thing is cabanas are expensive and they are only for 4 hrs. I think they should do it for a day in that price so family can relax other then worring about should we leave or renew the time. Staff was friendly.”
“My son visited the Fallsview Tourist Area with his class. They had an absolute blast and we heard of the venture for days afterwards.Unfortunately, my son left his bag at the Wendy's in the area. We live in London and were unable to make the trip to Niagara to retrieve it.Through the help of a number of staff working within the Fallsview Tourist Area, and an outpouring of kindness and patience, we have been able to make arrangements to get the bag back. I cannot express the gratitude and level of appreciation I have for the folks who communicated with me over this past week. Many thanks. This goes well beyond customer service, and is a show of humanity.We appreciate you!!”

“We had a fantastic stay at The Brock! The hotel was so beautiful with so much charm and character. The rooms were cozy and beautifully updated. The true boutique hotel! The service was fantastic, from the point of check in, throughout our stay, until the check out. The location is fantastic with an additional bonus of Falls view from our room. I loved the app, where you can select your room in advance, and receive a digital key. I also wanted to recognize Adrian, the guest experience manager – he made us feel so welcome and ensured out stay was perfect! We loved everything and are already looking to book our next stay – can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!”
“A great place to stay when you visit Falls. View of Niagara River Gorge is beautiful , and tourist attractions near by; White Water Walk, Whirlpool Golf Course, 5 minute drive to Falls along scenic River Road. Spotlessly clean rooms are sound proof, brand new kitchenettes; fulll sized stainless steel fridge , built in microwave , coffee maker , linens , towels, pillows, comfortable beds .
River Rapids Inn offers long term and reasonable nightly , weekly rates. Nice indoor Pool & sauna open 9-9 daily. Bi-weekly housekeeping service , excellent all you can eat breakfast for only $9 , 7am-9am (7am-19am Sat/Sun) Consider laundry rooms on each floor (the basement it is too far carrying load all the way down and back) to score higher with reliable machines in the right places. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere.

“We booked two rooms in tower B. Rooms themselves were clean and smelled nice. However the only thing I did not like was that you had to check-in in the main building and then walk all the way to tower B. They do have a front desk in that building as well with staff at all times. Would it not be easier to have guests check-in their own building for convenience?
The walk to the other building was brutal especially when their parking lot was iced up and not salted. It was very slippery and windy that evening.”

“This is a great restaurant! The food and service were great. The location wasn’t far from the falls and parking was plentiful and free. We ordered the special for breakfast and the price was more than fair. This will be our go to restaurant for breakfast at the falls going forward. I would totally recommend this restaurant to friends and family!
*If you’re trying to decide between this restaurant and the flying saucer restaurant on the next block over, choose this one. You won’t regret it!”
