Guardian Niagara Falls Pharmacy provides excellent and fast service. The pharmacist is very helpful, caring, and welcoming with extraordinary customer service skills. The staff is great and truly cares about patients. Service is efficient, with the pharmacist remembering regular clients. However, the new location is very small, cramped, and offers little room for privacy or movement. Customers report a very positive experience, finding it a trustee pharmacy with excellent customer care that goes above and beyond to help.

I was stranded without medication necessary for my son. I was shown kindness, courtesy and empathy from the lady. The experience was stressful for me, and she embodied such compassion. The pharmacy fulfilled the prescription despite incredibly tight time constraints. Many thanks.

Coming all the way from California I was not expecting to get sick. This was the closest pharmacy to the hotel. I walked in and was greeted kindly and asked about my symptoms, allergies, and if I was pregnant/breastfeeding. They were so kind and thorough. 10/10 would recommend this to any local or tourist !
