There was a time in which I was unable to go in to pick up my prescription before closing time, and the sweet pharmacist was kind enough to deliver them to my house personally after hours, as he knew I needed the medication ASAP. That's a kind of service you don't see anywhere else.
The physical location is in a rougher part of town and the staff have gone through some difficult situations because of it, but you would never know this by interacting with them. If you can, I strongly suggest you ditch the big-chain pharmacies and support this one, as you'll certainly be treated with a lot more care, and you'll be supporting the loveliest of humans by doing so.”
“Been using this pharmacy for about 6 years now, I moved to a different city and still make the drive to use this location as Onsy and Anne have always treated me with tolerance and respect; I am on a restricted medication and this hasnt always made my life easy.
But they have always been there to help me figure out what to do when life throws me curveballs like family doctors shutting down practices abruptly.

They are very helpful with any questions you might have regarding your medications, anything you might want to pick up inside, just anything. I love going there. “I had to go to see the doctor and was nervous, also apprehensive about where to go. I was greeted by a lady whose smile put meat ease. She showed me where I was supposed to go and took me right to the window. I just really wanted to say thank you (Linda?). Thank you so much for the support you didn't realize you were giving to a very nervous soon to be heart patient. In saying that, the management and staff are all amazing people to talk to. I am glad I made the switch to Meadows!!”

“Have been a satisfied customer for many years with Zehrs Pharmacy in Niagara Falls. Recently I had experienced a problem with my doctor's office who ignored multiple requests from the Pharmacy for a medication refill. Also my own personal calls to the doctor's office answering machine were ignored. Finally after a week I approached Marcelle a Pharmacy assistant who faxed the request directly to the Nurse Practitioner and the refill request was finally authorized. “If you're driving from the US into Canada for a road trip and need to stock up on water or groceries, this is a great place at which to stop. Although it's a bit dark and dreary-looking inside, this couldn't be more different from typical US Walmarts. It's calm, clean, widely spaced, and well-stocked, whether for fresh or packaged groceries, or for any other items you'd need from a traditional Walmart. After factoring in the exchange rate, a spot check of various items revealed prices that were competitive or slightly better than Walmarts I'm used to seeing in Ohio, where I lived until recently. And while this outlet is still moderately busy, there's little of the chaos at checkout or in the parking lot that you might be used to stateside. An efficient stop for a quick in-and-out grocery and supplies run.”
