“My husband, children and myself all attend this gym and it’s easily the best fitness centre we’ve ever joined. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and there’s a huge variety. The staff are very nice. Monica, who is always so welcoming and motivating. She takes time to answer questions, and gives the best tips on form and support. What I love most is the atmosphere. It’s supportive, encouraging, and never intimidating — just a community that lifts each other up.”

“Amazing gym. Great equipment, weights, and cardio machines. Always open 24/7 which is fantastic if you get late night workouts in or early morning workouts in because of your work schedule.”
“Great bang for your buck. Instructors are energetic and helpful. Good assortment of class times with a excellent mixture of movements through the week. 3 months in and I’m here 6 days a week. I would definitely recommend CrossFit 905 to anyone looking to start CrossFit or just get a good workout in.”
“I cam to the club after the Pandemic hits, I was experiencing some types of depression due to the financial crisis. I was looking to elevate my dopamine hormone that is responsible for movement, reinforcement, reward and motivation. I did a lot of research about that and how to increase that hormone through healthy eating and healthy lifestyle with regular workouts. Once I visited Versa fitness, I knew that there will a considerable change in my mental well-being. Chris was always there with us with his welcoming smile continues pushing us to get stronger physically and mentally. And the only way to get stronger from inside out is to find the right place to do your workouts and the right coach. Right now, I feel I’m stronger and resilient I am extremely in love with Versa fitness and I encourage everyone to join. In my opinion, it is the best crossfit club in Niagara region.”

“Nice and tidy... Showers open even during weekend, something we don't see often... Ample machines and huge parking lot which never runs out of space.... The guy behind the counter, who works during afternoons is very professional as well as friendly...”
“I'm not a member, but my brother is a member which lets him bring an extra person for no fee or charge. Two or three times a week he brings me with him to World Gym.
There's a wide variety of machines and dumbbells the gym provides. The staff are always kind and on duty. I personally love the triceps and biceps machines.
The bathrooms are clean unlike public bathrooms, that's for sure a bonus. Changing rooms and showers genuinely get taken care of. I haven't been to the sauna yet.
Gym is always clean and sanitary, never encountered any issues with World Gym.
While World Gym is always packed you get a wide variety of machines and let's you sanitize yourself with showers, toilets, a changing room, and a sauna. I always go at night, looks the best and you get a breeze when you're done and get out, not as packed too.”
“Go Fitness Niagara impressed me from day one. The studio has this calm, ambient vibe that’s such a nice change from the usual industrial gyms while still having all the equipment you need. And honestly, the people—Josh and Trainer Rawan—are a huge part of what makes it great.
The workouts are like a fitness obstacle course—in the best way. They’re challenging but fun, and they make working out feel more like something you want to do, not just something you have to check off your list. The class setup takes care of the hardest part for me: figuring out what to do. Plus, it’s designed to hit different muscle groups throughout the week, so you’re getting a solid mix without having to plan it yourself.
Josh and Rawan aren’t just into fitness—they’re genuinely kind, supportive people you actually look forward to seeing. They’re great at knowing how to push you just enough, and everything can be adjusted to your level or to level up, whether you’re just starting out or already deep into your fitness journey.
I started with a trial and figured, why not? After one class, I signed up for the year—because I knew I’d finally found something that would keep me going. GFN makes working out feel simple while still pushing you and making you sore a few days later. Step one: show up. They take care of the rest.”
