“My wife and I recently purchased our first home and were in need of a replacement for an old wood stove that was not up to code. We wanted a wood insert for several different reasons and came across the One Stop Fireplace Shop in Niagara Falls.

After walking into the gigantic store (they literally sell EVERYTHING related to fireplaces, grills, stoves, Barbecues and all of the related accessories) I was greeted by Ian and began browsing all of the options they had on their showroom floor. Ian patiently walked me through all of the different brands and options available and then explained the various price options (all were quite reasonable when compared to other stores in the Region).

I left the store under no pressure to buy and was impressed by the combination of knowledge and friendliness of the staff onsite. I returned the next week with my wife and Ian (once again) patiently walked our family through the various options and prices available. After agreeing upon a unit, price and installation date, the following steps were just as easy and smooth as the first interaction.

Ian is a first class salesman, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and focused on learning the customer's needs and then tailoring the options available to exceed expectations. The entire process (sale, installation, payment and follow up) was all professional, my family couldn't have asked for a better experience and/or fireplace.
