Lazy management, left a message about releasing a cheque that is from the same company my direct deposit comes from for payroll, no call back, no help whatsoever. Time to switch banks.

I was at the branch at 3:30 pm on Wednesday and it was closed. I called the customer support of ScotiaBank and they said they have no idea why its closed and couldn't connect with the manager of that branch themselves.

Very bad experience i didn't see the name of the sale rep. Went there with my draft to cancel it. She straight way said cant happen now as system is down. That can be said politely. When i was there i requested if she can update my address - her respond YOU CAN DO THAT ONLINE.
If your client is visiting a home branch should be treated right way when i am travelling all the way from Grimsby.
Anyways - I will be switching my bank soon as am banking with them from last 6 years.
I would request the management to look into it.

Deslin was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me and my girlfriend with our bank issues. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about all of the options available to us. Everything was done with a smile and laughter as well! He made an hour and a half of banking seem like ten minutes! Thank you!

Very bad experience. The second time i lost my money from Scotiabank. They explained that the count machine is 99% correct and that get stuck during the time counting money and can not return my money back to count again.last tine i have to wait on the end of day and they said that no extra money from machine and they sure they count correctly . However when i get cash deposit from other bank like CIBC that never happened. Recommend not using Scotia bank.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Instead of making things simple and be helpful for the customer they make things very difficult. This bank has done nothing for us and we are shopping around hoping to find a better place to put our money.

This branch truly exhausts its customers. I have faced the same issue for the second time now. From the manager to the staff, instead of providing solutions, they simply send people back and forth, wasting time. As Spot Bank customers, we are really suffering from this situation. Instead of making the customer experience easier, their approach only makes things unnecessarily complicated. We expect a more constructive and customer-oriented attitude.
