Sobeys Niagara Falls is a well-regarded grocery store that offers a convenient shopping experience, open late until midnight. Customers appreciate the clean and spacious layout, making it easy to navigate through the aisles. The store features a wide selection of food products, including fresh produce, high-quality meats, and an impressive bakery, which delights shoppers with its aroma in the morning. The staff at Sobeys are noted for their friendly and helpful service, always available to assist with inquiries and recommendations. Checkout lines move quickly, enhancing the overall shopping experience. While the hot food section is popular, some customers have found the taste to be inconsistent and the pricing not the best. Sobeys also emphasizes cleanliness, sustainability, and community engagement, which adds to its appeal. Customers can enjoy amenities such as free WiFi, plenty of parking, and the option to collect points. However, there are suggestions for increased safety measures, such as mandatory mask-wearing for staff, to ensure comfort for all shoppers. Overall, Sobeys Niagara Falls stands out for its quality products, excellent service, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Scott at the meat department goes beyond the call of duty. Very friendly...and accommodating. Give this man a raise....an asset to the company!

Most user-friendly Sobeys ever! Lots of easy parking. And a great optician at the other end of the parking lot.
