“This store has a big variety of products, which most of them you can't find at the regular supermarket.
Great service the owners are always very pleasant, ready to help you . Also they just open their kitchen and can't wait to try some dishes .

“The most authentic Japanese grocery store within Niagara, and Hamilton region. They have the best frozen selections, from mochi to frozen ramen, awesome selection of snacks, and seasonings, visit them when you are in area.”
“I love this place, the fruit and veggies are always so fresh and good! They have some pretty great meat sales and the amazing workers are so patient and kind! They know me when I come in, are always sweet with the kids, and during the holidays they always have something going on for kiddies (example, easter egg hunt during Easter time! Halloween pictures for October, lots of fun things to spot in the store), plus they have amazing customer service and they help you load your items in the car!”

“I have been so excited to try this place, customers at the mall I work at always talk about it. The lady that was on was so nice & helpful. I've already tried the sausage roll and it's fantastic ! Just heated it up in my air fryer. I have 3 pies in my freezer and will have 1 in the fridge for lunch this week. The pies are already cooked.”
“I had a great experience shopping at this grocery store, especially with its in-house butcher section. It’s the quality and service of a traditional butcher shop.
The meat selection was excellent—fresh, well-cut, and clearly handled with care. The butcher was knowledgeable and friendly, happy to answer questions and even offer suggestions on cuts and cooking methods. It really adds a personal touch that you don’t get at most big chain stores.
Beyond the butcher counter, the store itself was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a wide variety of products. It made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

This weekend I happen to see the
Soil sales at the front of SOBEYS
so I went inside to pay for it;
at the same time I looked around
and I was amazed of the quality of the butcher shop the fresh fish, the quality of the bread, the
ready to eat fish dinner,
the chicken with potatoes salad,
and the pastries. The most important the Price 🤔👍

“Fantastic customer service recieved by the young man at the deli. I came in after 8 to get some precooked dinners and he stopped what he was doing (cleaning) to come help me. He explained that it was not his work section and wasn't familiar with the machine but would do what he could to help me until the young woman came over to assist. This is what customer service should be all about. Thankyou.”

“Assuming it’s the right place !!! We were there in 2002 with a friend on j1 and we were so broke and they made us both steak sandwich we loved it staff were so kind and sympathised with our well travelled whinges and steak sandwich was amazing !! I did remember it as a grubby grocery store but we were so welcomed !! We always talked about it after !!!”

“Awesome experience when coming here! We came in on Sunday Feb 15 and from the moment we walked in, Niko (or Nico) explained the store layout and we were told that we could try sauces if we’re interested. We tried a couple of sauces, one of which was a blueberry BBQ sauce (this had a good BBQ smoky flavour with a hint of blueberry: a surprisingly good mix). As we like spice, we went with the Chimichurri (medium spice) and the Sweet but Sinister (hot spice), both are so delicious!! Definitely coming back for more sauces!”
