The PUMA store requested my personal information, including my address, when I tried to return a purchase. The store manager informed me that without providing this information, I would not receive a refund. I was not made aware of this policy at the time of purchase. It seems unethical, if not illegal, to withhold a refund while forcing customers to provide personal information.
