With a presence in over 120 countries and more than 13,000 employees worldwide, PUMA has built a reputation for offering performance and sport-inspired lifestyle products across categories like Football, Running, Training, Basketball, Golf, and Motorsports. The brand is recognized for its collaborations with designers and brands that bring sport influences into street culture and fashion. Customers often have positive shopping experiences at PUMA stores, noting a friendly and helpful staff. One reviewer appreciated the honesty and tips from an employee named Jojo, who made her shopping experience comfortable despite trying on an oversized shoe. Others mentioned that the store provides a good selection of clothes and shoes, with some great deals available, especially at outlet locations. Staff members like Sharon and Jordan received praise for their politeness and assistance, explaining deals and helping find items. Though some felt discounts could be better compared to other retailers, overall, shoppers enjoy the clean environment and attentive service at PUMA stores.

I was in Puma Kids, The worker was amazing. Jerome was kind really helpful no lie. Extremely polite. That's customer service. To Puma give this man a higher position with a higher pay.

Great service! Maria was awesome in getting the shoes my dad wanted and even brought out a couple shirts from the Fast and Furious collection. We bought a pair of shoes and a shirt for a good price! 5/5
