I visited Petro-Canada gas station (12990 York Regional Rd 27, Nobleton, ON L0G 1N0) on 10 June at around 04:12 p.m., and unfortunately, my experience was marred by unprofessional behavior from one of the attendants. While I admit to a parking mistake, the attendant's response was completely uncalled for. Instead of offering assistance or guidance, they chose to make a rude and disrespectful remark: "Do you have some sense?"
As someone who values professionalism and respect in customer service, I was deeply disappointed by this incident. Regardless of my error, there is no excuse for such treatment from a service provider. It's concerning to encounter such behavior in what should be a routine interaction.
I hope Petro-Canada takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure that all their employees uphold the expected standards of professionalism and courtesy. Respectful and helpful service should be the norm, not the exception.
I trust that Petro-Canada will address this matter promptly, and I look forward to seeing improvements in customer service quality in the future.

Routinely, broken pumps, cards won’t work but still expect pre-pay during the day. Head to Schomberg, more pumps and better service

I filled gas there and they gave me free ticket. Ticket was 1 mio$ reward prize. They still don't know. Thanks for free ticket.

I tried to pay with an e-giftcard, the attendant didn't want to scan it and said the numbers are wrong. Went to a different location and they had no problem scanning the card and it worked just fine...
