“I love North Bay's little hardware store. They did it again, found a locking mechanism ( thanks Nikki) for a patio door that I didn't even know existed..other hardware store and web sites don't sell them as it's not an item that people often buy so they force you to buy the whole assembly or door if they could. But not gateway they keep these little things on the shelf for the good ol' fixer upper people ...double thumbs up Gateway..”

“I stopped by today to grab a live trap. A young gentleman retrieved it from the top shelf for me and was very polite and kind. The two people at the front desk were also very polite and pleasant. These three workers were a breath of fresh air, so helpful, friendly and well-mannered. Service went above and beyond, and the company is very lucky to have them as employees.”
