“I went into TELUS and was greeted right away by Drew and Ryan. Drew needed up being the one to serve me. I was considering switching from Apple to Samsung. Drew was very patient, knowledgeable (educated on all products) and friendly. He gave me the low down on the pros and cons of switching from Apple to Samsung.
