When we first moved to the bay we used big chain stores like petsmart but at Lisa’s it is nice as you’re always seeing the same workers with the same big smiles and they're always eager to help and share tips. The products available in store and through orders are amazing and the quality is great. We constantly buy their Tollden farms dog bones and plan to buy their dog food from Lisa’s soon too as the options for my pets stomach are much better here than our current provider.New products and treats are always available to widen your pets diets too I find. We recently tried their new yogurt for the dogs and they loved it! I love improving my dog’s gut health and Lisa’s is always ready to help with that! If I could give six stars I would! Thanks you Lisa’s Doghouse and I look forward to many more years of business with you guys!

850 McKeown Ave Unit E-1, North BayVisited the store to purchase fish aquarium filters. First I had to find a staff who told me to push the button on a sign I did not see and then he left. After a few minutes a person arrived and showed me the available filters. They did not have what I needed so I purchased a best guess for a match to my own. When I got home it was a wrong fit. We were able to replace them with a different on when we showed the receipt and returned the first purchase. It is a good store, good return policy and maybe under staffed on the day of my visit.

Norm and his team were fantastic! From the moment we dropped off our dog, we felt completely reassured that he would be in great hands while we were in North Bay for the week. Norm is incredibly friendly and approachable, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about every pet that comes through their doors.
Our dog came home happy and looking great after his haircut. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both your pet and your peace of mind are being looked after so well. We would definitely choose Best Care Kennels again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, loving care for their furry friends in the North Bay area.

The food was good. We got a fruit scone, it was delicious. I got an ice cappuccino. It was good and had a caramel and chocolate drizzle.
Atmosphere-
You walk in and it has a hometown feel, but all the benefits and environment of a Starbucks.
Service-
There was nothing wrong with it. It was fast paced and felt very much like a fast-food restaurant. They weren’t talkative or over the top friendly. They were pleasant but didn’t necessarily look like they all loved working there.
