Invisible Fence Brand
284 S Fairy Lake Rd, HuntsvilleWe are so happy with our invisible fence installation and the training that we did with Kelly. We now have complete peace of mind on our cottage property. Kelly helped with training for the invisible fence itself, and also with some other issues to work on with our dog. We have a complete different dog now who listens, will come when called instantly and is a happier and well-mannered dog with everyone. Everything was a breeze from start to finish and we truly couldn’t be happier!

Gus & Gigi's Pet Shoppe
131 Hwy 60 E, HuntsvilleAll of the staff at Gus and Gigi's are absolutely amazing to my little pup and I every time we come in. Their selection of toys, accessories, food and training tools is extensive. As is their knowledge of products that they carry and others that they don't. I'm a huge fan of the backwoods dog leashes and collars. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend Gus and Gigi's in Huntsville! Keep up the excellent work.

111 Howland Dr, HuntsvilleWe went here after using a very popular brand of dog food for years...our 10 year old pug poodle was very ill...loosing weight..lethargic. We sought out advice from Nora changed our dog food and our 10 year old is now gaining weight running around playing and back to joining us for walks. I switched over all my dogs to food Nora suggested and noticed a huge differance ...thank you Nora for your advice and help. Always getting great advice and help from staff at this store .

North Hound Life
131 ON-60, HuntsvilleMy four year old mini Australian Labradoodle Wally was diagnosed with IBD at two years of age. I firmly believe it was due to the vet giving her multiple vaccines at once against my breeders directions. Wally was so sick she went from 20 pounds to 13 pounds and had chronic eye and UTIs for several months. An endoscopy was necessary to determine the extent of the disease, ultimately she was on prednisone and cyclosporine for six months. During this time I researched natural and holistic approaches to prevent and treat IBD flare ups. I added slippery elm bark and marshmallow root to her diet to help heal her gut and get her off medications. She was in remission for two years and once I noticed a decrease in her weight and a few vomiting incidents I added slippery elm bark and marshmallow root back into her diet. Her inflammation has subsided and her stomach and proximal small intestine have healed without medical intervention. She now sees an integrated vet who practices both conventional and Chinese traditional medicine and we are on the same page opting for natural methods to keep Wally healthy and thriving. I’ve also incorporated NHL’s probiotic and dandelion root into her diet. I always keep a stash of NHL products in my pantry for Wally and have gifted products to friends for their fur babies. I trust the quality and purity of the products and Grazyna and her team provide outstanding customer service. Wally is a lifetime customer!

Happy Tails Pet Resort & Camp
1393 Brunel Rd, HuntsvilleWe were travelling around Ontario camping and heard about Happy Tails in Muskoka so decided we would bring our dog there while we were camping nearby.
Her stay was amazing and besides the place being gorgeous for dogs to roam around, ours definitely had an amazing time there. She tired herself out so much that she slept the entire rest of the day after we picked her up.
We can't wait until the next time we pass through Muskoka and can leave her there for a few days to really enjoy the resort to its fullest.
I have read many of these reviews including the negative ones and thought I would give a full picture of my perceptions:
The place itself is beautiful. For dogs that like to be outdoors (like mine), they are free to roam the fields, forest, pond, everywhere. That was the most exciting part.
The owner of course is busy with all sorts of duties, so she is frank and to the point. Drop your pet off or pick them up and be on your way, very understandable. When we arrived there was no one in the main office, but someone quickly walked by and went to get Lisa, so we only waited a couple of minutes. Same for pickup, very efficient.
In terms of keeping an eye on the animals, I can't speak for this, as they have different levels of care for different animals. My dog I asked to just be in the wild and she is great playing with other dogs of any size, so I had no worries. With this many animals it would be hard to keep them supervised all the time. If I needed to offer any critical advise it would possibly be to make sure there's enough staff to properly care for the animals needing VIP or other treatment, but for our needs everything was absolutely wonderful and we are definitely going back on our next adventure out to Muskoka.

Granny Lyn's Kitchen, Ltd.
48 Homestead Ln, HuntsvilleLynda is absolutely amazing. We wanted a cake for my brother's engagement ceremony in Huntsville last minute. We searched google, found her contact and called her asking for a wedding type cake with the event less than 24 hours away. She gracefully accepted, told us the trade offs and gave us options to choose from. We picked the cake from her the next day and we're delighted to see the cake. It was beautiful and tasted delicious. Thank you Lynda for your support.

That Little Place By The Lights
76 Main St E, HuntsvilleStayed up in Huntsville over the Canada day holiday, we always find this town has interesting restaurants, this being one of them.
It was a hot day so we went for patio seating overlooking the water and park.
The pasta dishes were excellent zero complaints, freshly made pasta what can go wrong….. well the weather, it started to pour rain, luckily we also had an excellent waiter that quickly moved a few umbrellas over to protect us, he was very attentive throughout the dinner as well….. great service!
Overall a great dining experience
And I love supporting small family run businesses that deliver the “goods”

Affogato Café + Gelato
Riverfront Entrance, 72 Main St E, HuntsvilleReally yummy gelato. We came back another day and had a tartufo and affogato as well. Everything we tried was very tasty.
The only negative I have is that it’s pretty pricey for what you get.
Also we sat outside to enjoy. Which was lovely… but the seating area wasn’t extremely well maintained. Garbage around.
Service was friendly and selection was vast. We’d come back again :)
