Went into the branch on my day off. Tried to get a phone appointment to discuss their investment products. Just a conversation. The lady says I have to come in-Person. Take time off work and travel to them. I went and got a CIBC phone appointment no problem. Thanks CIBC

I'm just curious... why does every single response from TD provide a 'form letter' response to those with legitimate questions and concerns?
