“Had a meeting with an employee shortly after my mother's death with the hopes of dealing with her estate. We provided all the documentation required by the bank. As the executor of her will, I tried to deposit a cheque but her account was frozen. Left several phone messages but to no avail. Complained to "head office" but still, we were ignored. After travelling an hour from home, a lovely young lady named Pinki took the time to listen to our concerns and tried her very best to find answers to our questions/concerns. Long story short, she went out of her way to take the appropriate measures to meet our needs in this difficult time. Her professionalism is greatly appreciated during this challenging time.
