“Highly recommend Best for Bride. I had such a wonderful experience. Susan, my consultant, was fantastic! She was so patient, fun and her energy was so uplifting and infectious. I actually went over my allotted appointment time but not once did she mention it or did I ever feel rushed. She even let me try on more dresses than other places would and she helped give wonderful suggestions. All her suggested choices were great, which made it so hard to make a decision in the end. All in all, I would highly recommend future brides to check this place out and if you get Susan, you’ll be in wonderful hands!”

“purchased a $700 prom dress, picked it up and brought it home only to find that the beading is falling off, there is a large bump on the back from poor stitching and the zipper keeps getting stuck. Called the store and they told me to come back with the dress. When I get there they look at it and tell me they need to contact the manufacturer to see what they can do...I'm still waiting for their reply. The associate that was helping us was very rude and said that they can't do anything until they hear from the manufacture and basically if they say they won't replace the dress or issue a refund then I'm pretty my SOL and it's a final sale. Like how can you say it's a final sale on a defective item, this is ridiculous and they should be exchanging it for a new one. Anyone looking for a dress should be careful when ordering from this store. Their customer service is horrible and they sell defective items. My daughters friend also ordered a dress as well and when she picked it up it was dirty and they refused to do anything about it.”

The consultants selected stunning options and both the mother of the groom and I (mother of the bride) left with the perfect dresses. Best experience for us both.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Diane’s. It wasn’t busy and the staff spent lots of time with my daughter, finding many great options for her to try. The best part was that, unlike other stores nearby that only carry tiny sample sizes, Diane’s has larger sample sizes to try on. It was a much more body positive experience than the store with mainly size 0-6 samples. Prices were reasonable and in line with other dress stores. It is a large store with lots of options in different price ranges. Overall would definitely recommend checking out this store!”

“My wedding was planned on such short notice so I was just browsing wedding dresses when I discovered Diane's Bridal. She has lots of variety (including plus sizes) her prices are reasonable and she is super nice! I felt very comfortable with her and despite my dress being a rushed order she took her time to make sure my wedding dress was a perfect fit! My wedding is in early June 2023 and Diane had my dress and jewelry ready 2 weeks prior to my wedding date. I definitely recommend this place for your bridal needs!”
