Their products are absolutely garbage. Bought a laptop 10 months ago and the entire frame is falling off and broken. Do NOT EVER buy their products. Cheaply made, no guarantee and terrible customer service.You people should not even be in business selling garbage scam products like the sell Inspiron especially.When something doesn’t last for even ONE year there is a HUGE problem.

Dell became the worst company on the earth.No customer service at all, they got thier customer service call center in India, with some employees who don't understand or speak English, and just wasting customers time, they always give fake information to mislead customers, they are agrissive, and ending calls without even listen to customers.Dell I will never spend a cent anymore in your house.I don't recommend this super bad company and brand to anyone.

Don't buy Dell! Selling lemon laptops that require multiple repairs which are then written off as garbage and not fixable which they then offer you replacements that you can't actually use. Awful experience from day 1.

If you're going to make laptops without an ethernet port, at least supply an adapter. It's impossible to find one that seems to work with an ethernet cord. Why would you make wifi the only option??? You do realize wifi frequencies aren't healthy, right?? Or, perhaps that's the reason there is no longer an ethernet port. Guess I'll just continue to feel nauseous and light-headed for 8 hours a day. Ridiculous.

Purchased new laptop beginning of November. Arrived 8 days later. Solid state hard drive failed after three weeks of intermittent use. Brand new replacement laptop authorized. Despite promise to expedite delivery ETA remains early January!!!!???? Disappointed in Dell.

For a global computer technology company Dell has to be the worst, least customer service-oriented company of them all. After the first week of issues with my new $3,200 Dell, I asked the customer care team for a refund. ( It took two days to actually contact them and there is no way to call them back.) That was 6 weeks ago. I was instructed to initiate the return process online. When you arrive there, the link to begin the process is greyed out—not live. You cannot begin the return process. When you call the number and request the return department, the message states that the department is closed… On a Thursday during regular office hours.If you can get in touch with the sales department, why can’t you get in touch with the returns department?The support/customer care (as if) department is offshore (India it seems). They are polite enough, but they are spinning their wheels, totally ineffective, working in silos, drowning in flowery Dell Customer Service slogans.I just want to return this defective computer for a full refund. I requested this within one week of delivery and have been getting the runaround from the beginning.If you’re considering buying a Dell—don't! They do not stand behind their products and do everything possible not to listen to the wishes of their customers.Thomas HageyKitchener / Waterloo, Ontario

Useless service. Sent my 2 yr old laptop in for repairs, issue was power failure. Was told it needs a new battery and motherboard. So I approval the replacement. Got it back and did not work same issue. Borrowed and tried another charger then it worked. Called dell repair and send it back to them. They charged me another service charge without my approval. Plus, all my laptop needed was a $80 charger, not the $550 I paid for battery, motherboard and additional service charge. They are bandits. I will be making a report to better business bureau. Wish I had seen the 1.6 review rating before my dealing with them.

Like most of these post, my experience with Dell customer service is the same, poor customer service, rude, unhelpful staff that have hung up on me twice. Purchased kvm monitor Monday, price drop 2 days later, asked for price adjustment, they said no. Returned my original item and repurchased at the lower price. If Dell prefers to pay return shipping, reinspection return purchase, repackage product or sell as open package, who am I to undermine their business model. If I could have found the this specific item elsewhere, I would not have purchased from Dell. Will never in the future.

Good Product. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. No empathy even after they mess it up. They deleted both my hard drives, missed a few essential Dell programs (considered this Dell standards). Swami Kondepudi, Executive Responder was not helpful and will only tell you, Dell is not equipped to compensate customers for Dells own mistakes. A service manager told me the formatting was not necessary, on a screen and battery repair.

I wish I could give no stars - poor customer service and sales agents are liars - just not ready to help or provide wrong information. Since 17-011-2023, I have been waiting for the final quote for a desktop monitor and two weeks now, and still no response. Uzair Ahmed, his manager Srinath, and Ali - they should not be in customer service - The sales dept is outsourced to India and they just don't understand customer service and the value of time and money. I will escalate the matter to Dell Management.

Absolute horrendous service experienced. Purchased a laptop less than 3 months and it proves to be defective. Spent several hours on the phone and online chat with tech support who keep promising me the issue will be fixed and the issue is still not fixed. Confirmed a technician was enroute to repair the laptop, i accommodated their window of availability which was a 12 hour long window. The tech never arrived. This has now happened 3 times. Don’t shop here. It’s pretty much a scam and customer support does not provide a service. The photo attached shows the condition of my laptop screen bought brand new less than 3 months old. I didn’t spend money to purchase a defective item to have it repaired by technicians that don’t show up to scheduled appointments.

I contacted the customer service to do a price adjustment for a Dell monitor just days after it was purchased. Case number was raised, proof of price drop screenshot and chat transcript, they said they look into it. Called them back to follow up, they closed the ticket and said it was resolved. Spent hours talking to their customer service only to disregarded and the request tfor price adjustment rejected. Annoying customer support who gives different answers. Incompetent customer support! Do better Dell!

Terrible terrible company with even worse customer service. After over 6 hours on the phone with their support department in india, which is a far stretch from Canada where I reside, nothing ever gets accomplished. I’ve spent hours attemptin to speak to a supervisor, which apparently every supervisor that works for Dell are in an everlasting team meeting, I get hung up on. I ordered a part, and after two weeks still hasn’t arrived and have been refused a refund. Meanwhile Dell won’t even provide me a tracking number???? DO BETTER DELL. APPLE IS A MUCH BETTER CHOICE.
