“The store is beautiful and has a good selection, the service was great and they offer complimentary gift wrapping. My only complaint is their refund/gift exchange policy which was not made clear at the time of purchase. FYI; 1 week for refunds, 2 weeks for gift exchanges. If you purchase items at the last minute that’s a good enough time. In my case, I purchased the gift 3 weeks in advance as I was in the area and only found out later that my friend cannot exchange the gift because 2 weeks had passed.”
“I try to stop here whenever I'm in the area because they always have such cute items! I've gotten stickers, a hat, and a cute keychain here. They have a great selection of books, puzzles, and prints as well, which I would buy if I had more space at home! The staff here are always kind and the store decor is so appealing. Come here and be transported to another planet! ⭐”

“How many ways can I say that I love a store ？This place has single handedly become my favorite thrift store. My favorite kitchenware store. My favorite perfume shop. Hell, they even have licorice dipped in chocolate. The guy who runs the place is an absolute sweetheart and always makes me feel so welcomed and all of the staff that work there cannot speak more highly of him which is the true tell a good business. Please run, don't walk to your nearest art market. But know that I will fight you for those vintage designer threads. ??”

Peonies look so real and it’s my favorite decoration in the house . I might just need to find a pure white vase to go with it so stems won’t give out it’s not real .
Vintage jewelry is so beautiful as well , I’ve gotten so many compliments each time I wear .
This store has so many pieces that will help you decorate your place and into a cozy cuteness.
I have to mention that ladies that work there are very helpful and will help you with any questions regarding their selection or what might work for your space .

“Scented candles is what I do for self-care.I happened to be in the area and I walked into "labour of love" and I see the kitchen and think, this doesn't seem right, but candles have a habit of being sold in some pretty unexpected places. So I keep going and am greeted by the owner, Regina. She was looking after a couple that seemed new to the city and after she asked them if they liked Toronto, they said something to the effect of -yes, they really did- I could tell by Regina's reaction that she was surprised, I was too. That's how I started a conversation with her. She being a business owner, and I, in a field that sees the inner workings of how the city is run, and it's done terribly.I am very excited for her to host a get together she was talking about. She asked me what was my special talent I could bring to the event...unfortunately, I have no creative talents, I can declutter a place because I'm the opposite of a hoarder and I throw everything out, but nothing I could bring to a party lolBut I am excited to listen to other people's experiences and pitch in!”
“I have consistently ordered from this location for years for holidays and birthdays and the Vaughan location always delivers the best quality fruit arrangements. I have seen orders from other locations and the fruit and overall presentation does not compare. However, this holiday season when I placed an order online I was unable to select Vaughan as my delivery location even though I always order from here. I am very disappointed with this online limitation since the store is always able to accommodate deliveries and orders from me with no hesitation. I will continue to support this store but I hope changes can be made to the website to provide customers with the option to select the store location.

“I received my first Uppdoo leather bag nearly 10 years ago and it still looks brand new. Since then, I have been a dedicated customer because of the attention to detail and customer service that the owner, Ricky, ensures. Apart from being the loveliest person, he handcrafts all the leather goods with such care and precision. The quality is EXCEPTIONAL and if a repair or cleaning is needed, Ricky is quick and helpful in getting it done.
Apart from the beautiful leather pieces, the shop has a well curated selection of local goods and is one of my favourite places to go for cards and gifts. Recently, the Japanese incense has been a favourite!

“The first time I came here was about a year ago-- I am from the US. I followed them on IG and loved all the different kinds of stock they get, plus they are one of the few blind box stores with around 19.1K followers on social media so I was eager to see what the hype was about.
Their assortment of boxes is great! Lots of variety. Prices aren't horrible either. The shop is very bright and colorful. The boxes were all displayed and stacked neatly. I noticed a lot of the reviews complained about the cigarette scent- I didn't smell it at all. I particularly love their artist alley in the back half of the store. A great way to support small businesses/artists by buying their merch, etc. I will say the back half of the store (artist alley) is quite messy and a bit disorganized.
I knocked down a point mainly due to customer service. I've been here a total of two times. The first time I received little to no customer service- not even a hi welcome in. Same thing with this most recent visit almost a year later. Coincidentally it was the same female staff worker both times who checked me out. She seemed very stand-offish and a bit intimidating to be honest lol. I would ask about trading because I'm not exactly sure how the intricacies of the trading community/how their store runs besides the selling of blind boxes, and her response made me feel silly for asking like I should've known the answer.
I hate to make a deal out of customer service as it seems like most people who have reviewed didn't have this issue. Perhaps it was just bad luck with the this particular staff both times. But as someone who has worked in customer service before, it's something that can really make a shopping experience memorable.”
“I love this shop so much! The owner is so pleasant and fun to talk to and you can always find the most unique and special gifts. There's quite a large stock of candy from the UK, and also the most beautifully scented hand soaps and candles. A perfect place to treat yourself or find a gift for that special someone.”

They also have a decent sized selection of JELLYCATS! I have no idea, and I was so surprised when I walked in the store and saw them close to the back!”

I love all the little details on the art pieces and I love watching the behind the scenes process of the leather goods being created on Instagram from time to time.
