I was treated with respect, humour, friendliness and, oh yes, excellent service. The spring check was done, with an oil change, at a very fair price, about a third of dealer costs, within a couple of hours (there's a nearby coffee shop). The vehicle is a luxury model so nothing is simple - it just seemed so.
