However, some shelves are empty and there is less variety compared to other stores, with observations that the chain-wide experience has been declining. The washroom is in terrible condition, needing serious renovations. During a visit, staff were friendly and helpful, with excellent service noted from a knowledgeable employee at the perfume counter. Overall, it provides an okay experience, but improvements in stock management and maintenance are needed.
