“Great service and selection! Whether you order online or visit in store, you are bound to find what you need. They have everything from outdoor/gross motor toys to craft and office supplies. Additionally, in the case you don’t see an item you need, they are more than happy to work with you to see what they can do & potentially source it. The service is an additional facet to the entire experience. They are communicative and always friendly. 10/10 - thank you, Sonsuh!”

“Had an awesome experience at POI Steelcase on Steeles thanks to Joe Digirolamo! He was super helpful in walking me through all the different chairs, letting me try them out, and making sure I picked the right one. Joe went above and beyond — he even delivered my chair personally, which was such a nice touch. I’ve seen some comments about chair quality, and I haven’t had mine long enough to judge, but based on the service I got, I’m confident Joe and the POI team will have my back if anything comes up. Highly recommend them!”

“I decided to give this store a try. This store has some friendly employees working at the store. One of the store employees was making there store as there own. It is very sad that most of the store employees quit 😕😕 there jobs of working at this store. Then I have to get used to the new employees.”
