The elevators are often very slow and it is not uncommon for a few of them may be out of

The hotel is beautiful and luxurious inside and our suite was spacious, but the cleaning services could improve just a tad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as well as the restaurant within the hotel.

We stayed here for one night and had an amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful, modern, clean and very quiet. The check in and check out process were both super fast and efficient. No long lines or lists of check in questions. As well the staff we dealt with were friendly and quick. The location is just slightly off the 401 and was a quick 20min drive to downtown Toronto, making it a easy to access hotel. We took an uber to and from downtown and had to wait no longer than 5min to get an uber to the hotel. I want to add a special shoutout to our room and how beautiful it was. It was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved our stay and have nothing negative to say about this hotel. We will return in the future and would search for this hotel brand in other cities going forward! Thanks Pan Pacific!

Definitely not the 4 Star AAA Diamond rated hotel as advertised. I've been to Holiday Inns and micro hotels that were way nicer and way more modern. Their rating needs to be dropped to a 3 star at best. If my hotel stay wasn't paid for by my company, I would have been livid to have had to pay to stay hereThe inside of the hotel is gorgeous, definitely not what the outside of the bldg portrays. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. However, the issue came when we got to the room. The room is outdated, and 2 of the lights didn't work, and it was hotter than hell when we walked in and couldn't figure out how to get it cool. There was not any soap to wash your hands after using the toilet, and there was just a tiny bottle of shower gel that didn't even cover my whole body and the coffee in the rooms are horrible, but i think that come from the paper cups you get to drink the coffee, the after taste is like wet toilet paper roll. The sheets were not changed from the previous guests because we found black curly and straight hairs throughout the one bed. The other bed seemed to be ok but slept on top of the blankets just in case.Rooms: Room was hot and couldn't turn the heat down or off. 2 lights didnt work, not nearly enough soap and shampoo. Not even hand soap to wash your hands after using the washroom. Coffee tasted like you drank it from a wer toilet paper roll. The sheets were not changed. We found several curly and straight hairs throughout one of the beds

wish I could give a 0- horrible service- the first night we were there my friend woke up to bed bug bites all over her body. they transferred us to a different room and pretty much brushed it off like it wasn't an issue. took us days to finally have a manager talk to us, we were told they would compensate us for the trouble- that we were to contact the third party booking agency, so we did and now being told no they will not be doing anything for all the trouble we went through. they will say one thing but do the opposite. our room after was still very dirty after the housekeeping "cleaned" the room. garbages not emptied and dirty all along side the bed frame- toilet wouldn't flush properly. just horrible would never recommend

Takes forever to get back your $250 security deposit, though they give you a receipt. This happened twice to me.

Rooms were super nice and clean, heads up standard rooms don’t come with a microwave. service was great and the overall staff were amazing and friendly. Great place to stay.Nearby activities: There’s a plaza right across the street with a ton of places to eat as well as the on-site restaurant.

When we entered in the room, we found a bag of takeout left on the small balcony by an unknown tenant (if you stayed in a corner suite you'll know what I'm referring to), toilet had unflushed toilet paper, and bugs suddenly fell on the bed at night gave me a very bad impression of this hotel. We booked more than five nights at this hotel since last year. But I was really disappointed with tonight's room. Fortunately the front desk staff was very nice and moved us to another room smoothly. I hope the cleaning staff at this hotel would work hard to prevent something like this from happening again.

I wish I could give this place a 0.I recently booked the executive suite at Pan Pacific Hotel for my wedding weekend, and I must say, it was an absolute disappointment from start to finish.First and foremost, there was no hot water in the suite. Yes, you read that right. For a supposedly luxurious hotel, one would expect a basic necessity like hot water to be readily available. But alas, I had to endure cold showers throughout my entire stay.As if that wasn't bad enough, the heating system in the room was completely dysfunctional. Despite multiple attempts to adjust the thermostat, the room remained ice cold throughout the night. I found myself wearing multiple layers and even resorting to sleeping in a winter jacket just to keep warm. Not exactly the romantic ambiance one hopes for on their wedding weekend. To add insult to injury, there was an adjoining room with no lock on the door. This lack of security was incredibly concerning, especially given the occasion. The last thing any newlyweds want is to feel unsafe in their own suite.Overall, my experience at Pan Pacific Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the lack of hot water and heating to the security issues, it was a series of disappointments that put a damper on what was supposed to be a joyous occasion. Not to mention, we also had over 20 guests reserve rooms at the hotel. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment.

I've always held Pan Pacific Toronto in high regard, considering it a top-tier hotel known for its comfort and luxury. However, my recent stay left much to be desired. Despite booking a room in winter, the heating didn't work, and the issue was poorly handled, requiring multiple calls for resolution. Initially, the staff seemed to brush off our concerns, invalidating our frustration by falsely claiming that the entire hotel was experiencing heating issues. This dismissal only heightened our frustration, especially upon discovering it was a lie.It was only after expressing our exasperation that a more capable staff by the name of Chriselle, member intervened, relocating us to a room with heating that works. While the new room was an improvement, maintenance issues like a malfunctioning faucet and worn-out amenities were evident that the hotel might have overlooked proper maintenance.Overall, while the hotel seem to offer luxury, the disappointing handling of the heating issue highlights the need for improvement in guest services and maintenance. I would recommend Pan Pacific Toronto to focus on enhancing their understanding of guest concerns and prioritize their business centers around service excellence and guest experience.Rooms: If there is one thing Pan Pacific Hotel offers its the great view.
