Pan Pacific Toronto is a hotel that offers a mixed experience for guests. While some reviews highlight its affordability compared to downtown options, others express disappointment with various aspects. The location is a bit far from the nearest subway station, making transportation less convenient. Guests have noted an unpleasant odor near the check-in area and issues with the elevators, particularly with one being out of service during their stay, leading to longer wait times.
On a positive note, the hotel features clean and comfortable rooms, with some recently renovated units that include amenities like mini-fridges and varied pillow options. The staff is generally described as friendly and helpful, especially during family reunions and business events. However, there are complaints about customer service at the front desk and some outdated facilities, such as mold in bathrooms and a lack of long mirrors in rooms.
Guests appreciate the ample parking and easy access to major highways, which is beneficial for both business and family visits. While some found their stay enjoyable and recommend the hotel, others felt it does not measure up to the higher standards of other Pan Pacific locations. Overall, Pan Pacific Toronto provides a decent stay, but with some areas needing improvement.

The breakfast was decent. The food was fresh, and the portion size was good. The coffee was nice, but the service could have been a bit faster. Overall, a good way to start the day
