“Professional service did exactly what they said and found a problem and immediately remedied it without overcharging. Tires were balanced properly and installed correctly in a timely manner. Place is a bit packed with vehicles and tires and no real good place to park, but didn't bother me.”

“I ran over a nail today, and unfortunately it completely destroyed my tire. I called Tires Tires Ltd., and they told me to come in right away. They got me in immediately, assessed the damage, and explained that the tire couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced.
Even though I had to buy a new tire, the total cost—including taxes—was surprisingly affordable. The staff were friendly, honest, and had me back on the road in no time. I was extremely satisfied with both the service and the price. I highly recommend Tires Tires Ltd. if you're ever in a bind!”

I went to my local Costco for a winter tire exchange yesterday — an appointment I booked back in March. However, they told me my all-season tires were no longer usable, so I had to go home. I checked online for other Costco tire centers nearby and found HERE that still had availability for today. We called to confirm, and I’m so glad we did.
From the moment I dropped off my keys to picking up my car, it took only 30 minutes. The whole process was incredibly smooth. The staff who helped me this afternoon was kind, patient, and understanding — even with my broken English. When I picked up my keys, he also reminded me that my winter tires need replacing soon (something no one mentioned last fall when I changed tires at the Markham Costco — back then, no one told me they wouldn’t accept my old all-season tires six months later).
Thank you so much to everyone who helped me today. I wish every Costco tire center offered this level of efficiency. This is exactly why I keep renewing my membership.”
