The staff are nice, friendly, and helpful when asking questions. However, the place is too narrow, making it hard to move around when it is too crowded, especially during peak season. A common issue is the long payment lineup, though it sometimes clears up very fast. It can be hit or miss for items, but many would return again due to the convenient location and good prices.

Helen is a very kind lady in the jewelry section. She helped me chosing earrings in the 14CT and 18CT gold section. She also helped me putting on the earrings. The staff overall is helpful and I liked the cleanliness of the store.
