“Looking for a place in my area that could do an alteration on my suit, I found myself at this store. Tucked away in a business district is this European style shop with great recognizable brands and very friendly service. My suit pants were ready in a few days and the alteration was very well done. I've been told you can get a custom suit made here for a very reasonable price and there are other formal and casual clothing items like jeans for men and women.”

Came here with a tight timeline and an unfortunate situation needing a dress for a funeral. I tried to call before hand to inquire about a specific dress but to no avail— who am I kidding though it’s Yorkdale Mall, employees don’t get a break to go to the restroom let alone pick up the phone.
Decided based on the online inventory to just make the trip. So happy I did.
An associate named Sher was helping quite a few people in the fitting rooms but as soon as she had a moment she approached me to assist. I was told they didn’t have the dress I wanted in store but went back to look, and was really accommodating, like above and beyond service. She found it in the dark brown colour mole, assisted with a few little detail issues, and steamed it. To top it off it sounded like she was getting over a bit of a cold which is so hard to show up to work with— but she was great.
When I came back to pick up the dress steamed a few moments later, the colour I originally wanted (black) was just returned— she extended the same kindness and service and I bought them both— will decided later.
The final though was, Sher was wonderful and would definitely shop here again.”

“I absolutely LOVE this store. I don’t go to centrepoint mall often, as I’m not that close to the mall or do not live in very close proximity to the mall. But each time I do visit Centrepoint, I am always sure to purchase something from Dalycarol. They have beautiful clothing for great prices. And they’re clothing are unique and fashionable. I literally only go to Centrepoint mall specifically only to go to Dalycarol. I do wish, they can have more of a variety of clothing in size Large. But nonetheless, it’s a great store! I wish that they had more locations elsewhere. But it is totally worth visiting centre point just for this store! They also have a nice selection of earrings and bracelets and necklaces. If you haven’t checked them out, be sure to do so”

“They have good quality clothing, however the staff in fitting room check-in made the experience disappointing due to a severe lack of hospitality.
The woman working the front desk was highly confrontational from the start. When i brought more than 6 pieces to try, she immediately escalated the interaction by snapping and noticeably raising her tone in an aggressive, unprofessional manner.
I hope they do better in future.”

“My friend and I work close by so have shopped in this Reitmans store often. Overall the store is great as well as most of the staff....but I feel I need to comment specifically on one associate, Shriya. She always welcomes everyone with a smile and makes an effort to get to know her customers. She is friendly, helpful, knows her store and products well and makes sure that the customer experience is positive. When she isn't assisting customers she is tidying and organizing the store keeping it looking good and easy to browse through. Shriya cares about the store and her customers and it shows.”
“I’ve been shopping at MALA for a while now, and it’s become one of my favourite boutiques. The selection is always beautiful, and they carry brands you don’t cant find anywhere in Toronto. The owner Lauren is absolutely wonderful, she’s so kind, incredibly knowledgeable about every brand and product in the store, and you can tell she genuinely wants her customers to leave happy with something they’ll love. “Shop is good, but unfortunately did not have the items I was looking for. I was looking for a replacement hose for my Osprey hydration pack and a wire brush for cleaning. They had neither sadly.
For EV/PHEV drivers, both the electric car chargers downstairs do not work. One says network is offline, the other will restart itself every few mins.
Broken since July 2021.
Update Feb 2, 2026. EV chargers are still dead”
