“Several months ago, I went to Toronto to find a dress for my daughter's wedding, I came across Esti Boutique from the second I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful young woman, she proceeded to show me where the mother of the bride dress were located and had the pleasure of meeting the owner( I forgot her name). I explained to her kinda what I was looking for and every single dress she pulled out was basically what I explained. Then I came across the dress that was made for me. I was later sent downstairs to see Betty, sweetest woman ever. I tried it on and she adjusted it for me. From opening the door to leaving I give this place a true 5 star. “The shoe location was the best thing literally on the block but I went there months ago and the location only carrying shoes, boots, slippers as far as your eyes could see no longer exist ? ??. But each time I do visit Centrepoint, I am always sure to purchase something from Dalycarol. They have beautiful clothing for great prices. And they’re clothing are unique and fashionable. I literally only go to Centrepoint mall specifically only to go to Dalycarol. I do wish, they can have more of a variety of clothing in size Large. But nonetheless, it’s a great store! I wish that they had more locations elsewhere. But it is totally worth visiting centre point just for this store! They also have a nice selection of earrings and bracelets and necklaces. If you haven’t checked them out, be sure to do so”

This is a big store so you may find your required clothes from this location.There is less staff available here but cooperative as well. You may have to wait for them if you need help.The change room is not that comfortable. There should be a seating in the chairroom to wear clothes and shoes comfortably.Parking is available on the roadside. Overall, it's a good place for shopping.Thank you”

“Finally ,after covid I decided to return to store . They have excellent choice of clothes for my needs. I am a Senior. I was looking in particular for a short sleeve cotton sweater to wear over a dress. They had several but not in cotton . The comfort sandals are reasonable priced. Always easy to find a new tablecloth.The staff was helpful. I have a wedding to attend to in the fall.There is a large selection to choose from. Its scary but the fall jackets are already on the racks.A good selection of bras sizes for larger women.”

However they had the music so loud with generational music and I left the store as fast as I could. Some classical radio music such as 96.3 FM at low volume would be much more appreciated to suit the sophisticated clientele.”

Our experience with this store started of the wrong foot.
The manager did not communicate effectively with the other staff leaving them in confusion.
I would love to thank Keith, Ashley, Remy and Ruby for dealing with the mess the manager left.
Remy (the tailor) had to come all the way from home to help us.
Ashley, Keith and Ruby stayed after the closing time and they were more than happy to help.
