“I apologize to this store for the negative review about the hours of operation. We were in town for a movie and were early so we did a little shopping. We drove down the street behind this HH store to go to Canadian Tire because we thought this store was closed.
I based my review on the stores I actually use. Living in Norfolk and traveling 3 hours to the cottage HH is basically the only store for home building and renovations and in my experience with the ones closest to home and the ones at the cottage they don't have evening hours any day of the week, 3 of the 4 stores with no evening hours are full blown lumber yards. This in my opinion is not a good business model.
Customers should feel confident going shopping to a chain of stores that each store is open the same hours and that they have time after work to get there.
I will rate this particular store accordingly.”
“Went to get paint for our house and John was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us match out existing colour and answered all of our question. Went out of his way to explain things we didn't even think of. He is Extremely good and hard working.”
