“Last week I went into Urban Auto to have a planned coolant change completed. As usual, Greg and Derek, who man the desk were as pleasant as ever and because it was so cold, I was offered a drive home, which I gladly accepted. That is a kind of service that you get at Urban Auto. When the work was completed, I was asked if I needed a ride, which I gladly accepted. The young man who picked me up was friendly and kind. I was recommend by a fellow car enthusiast to take my car to Boost Theory for my Service on my MB GLC43. Shop has all of their scheduling online so once I booked the availability with the shop I received updates that evening and again in the morning with a reminder and the address.
Shop was easy to find with lots of parking. Shop manager was excellent to deal with and in just over an hour my car was finished and I was even emailed a copy of my bill with cost and a breakdown of the services provided.
I can't wait for the day that I can have them tune the car!!!!”
