“Everyone at this location was friendly and helpful.

My son and I rented a vehicle during a summer long1weekend, and it was a very busy place. On top of that, there was a heatwave, so the office was pretty warm and the staff were clearly swamped. Despite all of that, every single person we interacted with was cheerful, patient, and genuinely pleasant.

The entire rental process was smooth, easy, and even enjoyable. I was very happy with the vehicle we received. I was also really glad I’d reserved in advance because like I said, they were extremely busy.

It stood out to me just how well the team worked together. You could tell they genuinely respected and supported one another, and that kind of positive work environment shows in the service they provide.

I’ll definitely continue using this Enterprise location whenever I need a rental.
