I met with Sohail and this guy amazing, he took his time to explain things to me very much for me to make an informed decision on which package I should go for. I do recommend him to everyone.

Going in person is fine, however they have a significant lack of teller staff most times. It seems they never answer the phone, and when I call to ask questions on the general CIBC line, they advise me to call my branch, which again, never answers the phone.
