Food Basics

Grocery Stores
Hours: Food Basics is a supermarket that offers a wide variety of food products. The store is generally clean, although some customers have noted that it is not particularly clean. The staff are often described as amazing and helpful, going above and beyond to assist customers. One customer commended a cashier named Benjamin for his exceptional customer service, noting that he was pleasant, kind, courteous, and cheerful when dealing with an elderly customer. However, some customers have reported issues with the service, such as a lack of available cashiers, leading to struggles with the self-checkout process. Additionally, there have been concerns about the quality of the raw chicken, with some customers advising to check the expiration dates and color of the chicken before purchasing. Overall, Food Basics provides a decent shopping experience, with a large selection of products and ample parking, but the quality of service and cleanliness can vary.
