“I love this place. They have so many organic and locally sourced products. The owner is lovely and knowledgeable. The staff is so helpful. The store is organized and clean. They have many pre-made foods like natural peanut butter that they make in store and olive oil. It's a gem and a must visit.”
“Very clean and elegant place. It has many quality products. Staff are nice and welcoming. Unfortunately I have to drive from Mississauga to Oakville to shop there.”
“This store is within walking distance of my home. They have a wide variety and choose the best products for a variety store. It's always organized and clean and seasonal flowers displayed beautifully outside. They have wine and beer, and everything is displayed perfectly so nothing is difficult to find! Friendly staff and always open on time.”

“I shopped at Perry and Rush for the first time today - great selection of all food categories at reasonable prices. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Perry and Rush is my choice in Oakville for premium food products!”
“I rarely write reviews but in a world where true service is going by the wayside I wanted to give credit to Jessica who always goes over and above whenever I’m I the store, but not just to me, she seems to be able to offer this to everyone! She can juggle multiple customers somehow offering her undivided attention to everyone, giving great tips and tricks to preparing the food, answering questions, running cash and greeting people as they walk in the door - all at the same time and always with a smile on her face! I could go to a store closer to me, but I always make sure to go to her location because I value her personal service!”
“Sept 2026: First time visiting this location ever. Was helped at the cooked food counter by Elliot. I was so impressed with this man's politeness, helpfulness, respect and friendliness. I was amazed as nobody in any Farm Boy stores has been as lovely as this guy was. Thank you sir and keep up the excellent customer service 🫡”
“It was clean, organized and had great prices. I found a variety of chocolates that other stores do not carry. I loved the wide selection of chocolates, meats and many other items. Can’t wait to go back and get new chocolates this week!”

“A miracle happened today!! I was well into a recipe for my family. It needed a bulb of Fennel.
There was none in all the neighbouring grocery stores! I usually shop at Longos on Cornwall Rd. So I called Produce and a lovely lady set it aside for me. I got there in minutes. Customer service had it packaged and ready!! This is what Longos is known for. Incredible customer service!!
I have shopped at Longos since it first opened on Dundas at Trafalgar. My Sunday dinner was saved. Grazie Mille”
“Great place to pick up stuff for travel, picnics, parties or just daily munchies ..everything you have a craving for ..sweet, salty, savoury, it's here! Love it!?”
“I just want to take a moment to tell you how amazing this store is! Everyone in there are so helpful and so polite & kind! I want to especially thank Matty and Melissa in the bakery for your incredible customer service and amazing birthday cakes for our family!! Been ordering our cakes here for years and Matty always knows who I am when I call! The cakes she creates are beyond masterpieces! The prices are amazing and our birthday person is always amazed when they see their cakes ? The cakes are not overseer like other places and the custard filling is the best!! I highly recommend getting your bakery needs from this Sobeys!! Melissa was the one who took my order and was very kind and professional ensuring what I said I ordered is correct going over all my specifications to ensure she has everything right!”
“Staff are amazing very polite and helpful. Greta section of items and the prices are good. Food options are great. They have many options for lunch or dinner to take away.”
“This is the best Metro location in all of Oakville! The store is clean, well organized and well run. It’s too bad they got rid of the Tim Hortons inside the store.
Meat and produce is fresh and reliable. Dairy and cheese is well stocked with good dates.”
“I’ve been coming to Sobeys to get cakes for many years now, the ladies in the bakery there are always so friendly and helpful! Sanika, Shannon and Lisa have all become familiar faces that have helped me so many times. I love how the cakes always turn out beautiful and delicious and they always have some sort of unique design on them!”

What a lovely person . She is always friendly, professional and quick. Always a great experience.”
“Wanted field red peppers today but none in produce dept. They were in their flier for 2.99 lb. Got to check out and the woman there asked if we had found everything we were looking for. We said no as we couldn't find the peppers. She called to the back and found out the truck had just arrived. We said we wouldn't wait so headed to our vehicle. Half way there the cashier woman called to us from the out door that someone was bringing the peppers to the front of the store. Husband went back in and was able to purchase the peppers we wanted. I don't know the name of the cashier but it was about 12:45 Thursday, February 5th.
I call this going above and beyond Customer Service. Thank you so much.”
“Had a great experience here. We had forgotten a wallet with all our ID cards and payment cards. They were responsive to our phone call and had kept the wallet safe and handed it over to us promptly.”

“Needed some tortillas for a my son's cumple. I usually buy one brand of tortillas and they had just sold out. They were awesome in their approach of recommending another brand of tortillas. Great friendly customer service. We will make this our new spot for our cultural cuisine needs.”
