“Quite simply, if you are looking for something from your childhood in the UK, chances are something in this store will help trigger those fond memories. My Dad loves his Sausage Rolls and they had loads when I was there. It was a nice surprise for him along with some lemon drop candies. Lots of sweets to choose from. I think the owners do a splendid job getting these items stocked for us. The store was busy when I was there and that's a good sign. We went on a Sunday and parking just around the corner. Located in beautiful downtown Oakville. Cheers to all the people that put this all together.”

“First time going here when my parents live down the street and I have to say I’m pleased with the girl at the front entrance. She was beyond nice And helped me with my gluten free meals.The fries were amaaaaazing so thank you for that recommendation. The chicken burgers I bought were meh they seemed alittle too soft on the inside and if you bbq them they do burn quick so be aware. Haven’t tried the gluten free chicken strips yet but once they are made I will update my review.Definitely purchase the pub style French fries and thank you for the great customer service will definitely be back!”

“Wonderful service at Fortino‘s yesterday, above and beyond expectations! Just want to give a big shout out to two women who went out of their way to help me, Sunil and Roquia. I was looking for a caesar salad to take to a dinner and I truly didn’t have time to make one, there was none at the counter but Sunil notice me and asked me what I was looking for, upon telling her my story she kindly offered to ask her coworker to see if she had time to make one for me. Roquia generously offered to make me one. Thank you again ladies for taking one thing off my list and putting a smile on my face, I truly appreciate it!”

“Really great Sobeys location. The produce is reliably fresh and stocked. The location is large and can nearly fulfill all my grocery shopping requirements. There are pharmacy aisles for pain, cold/flu medicine, vitamins, toiletries etc. There is an aisle dedicated to seasonal plants as well. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The locations doesn't have many international grocery items so you'll need to stop by more specialty stores for that. I've never encountered lines checking out and the overall experience has always been lovely.The washroom looks like a clean set from a Saw movie and smells like bubblegum. Otherwise good bathroom if you need to take a shopping break.”

“I just love this shop. It almost has everything you're looking for. From common Western brands to a more Middle Eastern variety. Their frozen section is also very convenient for quick and delicious meals. Often times, the shop is clean. I mainly come here for the food and when I ALWAYS call before coming if I'm looking for something specific. Keep it up guys!”

“A very nice, clean grocery store. The fruits and vegetables were very fresh and stocked. Not overly busy which was nice. All of the aisles and food sections were very neat and tidy. Whomever manages/owns this location runs a very tight ship.As it was my first time in a Longo’s I was quite impressed. It would be nice to have a store in my part of the Hamilton Mountain to give a little bit of competition to the local Fortino’s as their prices run a little high.Overall a very nice grocery store. The Starbucks adds a little Oakville flair much needed in Hamilton.”

“This grocery is excellent. They are an Indian grocery with excellent variety of food and spices. They have fresh food, frozen, and dairy items. As well they have kitchen and party supplies. At the front of the store they sell fresh samosa which are incredibly delicious and fresh sweets. This is a mom and pop shop and they are all very kind and helpful. The store is very busy and they do a great job of customer service. They also keep things very tidy and well stocked. I really appreciate their kind and friendly service and it is a pleasure to see them working together. They clearly respect and care for each mother as well.”

“I went to buy a cake from the bakery for my son’s birthday two days before Christmas. All the cakes had Christmas themes and there were no birthday cakes. A very friendly lady there, whose name was Mrinal, offered to decorate a cake from scratch for me. She was very patient and even asked about my son’s favorite colors. The prices of the cakes were also amazing. Overall a very good experience. Definitely going there again.”

The only thing it is missing is cheese, more specifically, sliced, American cheese. “One thing we love at our house is snacky dinners where we make a variety of apps and snack on them throughout the evening. Of course, M&M's is the perfect spot to grab said snacks.On a recent quick trip, we picked up some mini quiches for a brunch. I went in looking for a variety pack but they only had two flavours and they were in separate packages. French: Cheese and Bacon and Florentine with Spinach. I took one of each. They were the perfect size to add to a brunch table. They also both cooked at the same temp and were equally tasty for what they were.My experience at the store was seamless. We were greeted on arrival and asked for the quiches. The staff member was very helpful and explained each item to us. We were in and out in under 10 minutes for sure.I've shopped at this location a number of times and they are always to nice to chat with. I am always in awe of the different options M&M's has. It's sure a great spot to stop when you are hosting.”

“Biggest plus of this store is that it is 24 hours. Probably the only one like this in the vicinity.Prices may be a bit higher than Superstore or Walmart but they host most of the stuff you will need, groceries, produce, fresh salads and rest to eat foods.There is a Tim's inside (no seating) , a Sushi bar (cute corner at the entrance) and even some stationary and ice melts for those snowy days.At times, you'll find some price downs which help (like in the pictures) and some of their ready-to-eat salads and sandwiches are great!Service is also good and friendly.Looks like if they had killer prices, it would easily become my go-to grocery store.”
