I had the pleasure of dealing with Shana by email and by phone regarding a replacement part that I needed for my Saeco machine. She responded quickly to my emails, was very knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate it. Thank you, Shana!

Excellent personal service . They do take the time to explain features of their machines. Make decisions easier. No high pressure here.

Great service and great coffee! Shana is very knowledgeable and was helpful to us when we had questions about repairing an old machine, and also purchasing a new one. Her coffee beans are amazing too!
