“Was very happy with the customer service at this BBQ galore store. I was purchasing a new Linear fireplace. The store manager Jeff was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. The install crew were professional and timely. My wife and I somehow mixed up the type of log insert we wanted. I called Jeff and he said they would replace with the other type at no cost. A service tech came out and did it a few days later.”

“Absolutely the best products and service that I have received in a long time. As soon as we walked in the door Ashley was the perfect blend of helpful and not too overbearing. And then… We sat on one of the couches and we fell in love! We had shopped around for a while and looked at and sat on many different outdoor patio sets. Some look really nice but once you sit on them they are very uncomfortable. When we sat on this couch we literally melted into the cushion And let out a huge sigh of relief… We found it!. The bases are very heavy and the guys did their best to limit any scuffs or the like when moving them into the upper floor.After sales support is very good too.
