He showed me the unit and offered suggestions as to how to store any furniture I may bring in. He was very helpful.my experience was great and I would strongly recommend them”

I came across Blue Sky Storage and I saw a photo of their unique remote controlled equipment for unloading a storage unit. “I was super nervous about my big move and about stoping all of my possessions, but Amy was amazing at making me feel comfortable with the process and what to expect. Very happy so far with the people. I did have to deduct one star tho as there are two lips of about 2 or 3” each up from the driveway to my storage unit and I tripped quite badly on it during my move, so perhaps they could put a marker on the edge of the concrete so that this doesn’t happen. Also the lip made it hard to get a dolly up over it and into the unit. But the unit itself and the facilities seem very well maintained otherwise.”

“Grand Park Self Storage has been a pleasure to use. I've had my car stored here for the winter, and they've far surpassed my expectations. The staff here is excellent; they communicate in a friendly manner, they're really good about updating the customer when something needs to be done, payments need to be made, etc. The facility is also excellent; it's clean, rodent free, they're really attentive and quick to fixing anything that breaks, etc. They also have really customer friendly policies, such as a great cancellation policy. Lastly, I am really impressed with how seriously they take security and site access.”

“Original review - Nov 2019I stored my RV there for 4 years, it was great as I live just off of 3rd Line. I put up with a price increase (it's business, I get it) but then with practically no warning I was informed that more space was required for their container business and so I had 30 days to move to another location (Milton or Stoney Creek) or cancel my contract. Again, I understand it's a business and financial decision but it made me feel like my business and loyalty with them did not matter - only the $ did. Unhappily, I stayed with the company (it was still a good deal) and moved my RV to Milton.Update Mar 2020 :To my surprise, 3 months after my review, I was contacted by their general manager. He explained to me that the personal storage business is a new area for the company, and was very honest in saying that they're still figuring out the best way to service their customers. He reviewed my case with me and agreed that it was not handled in a way that represents the values of the company and how they want to service their customers. He then offered me my original storage spot back at the same price.I have to admit I was very pleasantly surprised. Considering the high demand for their services, they could have (like many companies do) just ignored my case - but they didn't. They recognized something that wasn't right, addressed it and corrected it. If only more businesses acted that way there would be a lot less 1 star reviews on Google.I'm changing my rating to 5 stars because they have proven to be responsive to their customers feedback, willing to admit mistakes and take action to address them, respond quickly when contacted and offer a good deal for the money.”
