“Had a great experience at Prime Storage in Mississauga thanks to Ryan. We're in the middle of a move and needed a unit on a tight timeline between homes — Ryan walked us through the options, explained the pricing and terms clearly with no pressure, and got all the paperwork sorted quickly. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. Really appreciated how straightforward and helpful he made the whole process. Highly recommend asking for Ryan if you're setting up a unit here.”

“I have been here for a couple of months and it's a good place to store what you need to store, there is a bathroom that is always clean since I have been here, there is a drive in to which is a bonus for cold days, the staff are helpful and the property is maintained ok to standards, but I do see the side walls inside gets damaged up a lot from something consistently hitting or rubbing up against it. I find the pricing to be fair for the size you get.”

“Very well Maintained And clean storage unit. Very impressive maintenance service specifically on snow removal. Cleared of snow and safe when I arrived in the morning. Compare that to Public storage, in which I couldn't access the unit in the afternoon due to thick snow. . Minimal inconveniences at Grand Park Storage, highly recommended.”

2700 Royal Windsor Drive, Mississauga ON L5J 1K7
“Rented trailers (open and enclosed) on separate occasions from this location. Both times noticed minor issues with trailer electricals (plate light not operational on one and no parking lights operating on the other), but inspection app makes it easy to note the found issues before driving away. The agent was present both times and made note to the findings (not needed replacement equipment as issues were not critical for my case). Customers are not left helpless. Thanks for great customer service in assisting with trailer hook-ups and providing wiring extensions as required.”
