I got there a minute after the store opened up, and I was in a rush. Greg was super helpful in finding the right gifts for my little niece, and he even made me aware of all the available deals and how I can get the the most amount of gifts while keeping the value maximized.
He even wrapped it them super diligently, and made it very pretty for my little niece. I really appreciate the effort early in the morning 🙏”
“I have purchased two units from King toys we live in the country and my kids use and abuse them! Sam has helped me through 2 separate phone calls on either unit with an electrical issue after my kids washed it! (4 year old with a hose) needless to say Sam is great with customer service and problem solving over the phone! 10/10 for sure!”

The staff are all so knowledgeable which helps a lot especially me who doesn’t know too much about anime stuff… great selections they stay up to date! With both Mastermind and Toys R Us stores dissappearing all the time, it's nice to have one of these around.”

“I have known David for quite some time. I am a collector at heart just like he is as well. We both share this passion. David also runs a store that is considered a niche, hobby, and the type of business that is slowly disappearing from a brick & mortar presence.
It’s always a pleasure for me to drop by and chat with him. I see no point for anyone to leave 1 star review. David runs a small business with paper thin margins not to get rich but to share his lifetime passion and to make a living, like he well deserves to do so. Would anyone leaving a one star review work for free?

“I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Sharon and the staff at Mastermind on Brant Street. I came in over the holidays with a big task, we were hosting our legion santa breakfast and needed to buy for 22+ kids. I was completely lost in circles just wandering the store wondering to buy on a budget and Sharon took the time out of her day to help me individually pick each present for each kid. Then she took the time to help me organize all the gifts and even came in early the next day to wrap every single gift. The service here is beyond amazing. The staff are just so awesome, you guys rock! You made this event so fantastic for the kids!! Cannot wait to come back for next years :) Thank you x a million!”

She helped me through every single step of the experience and made everything feel so easy and special. What touched me the most was her kindness. Or, it's VERY much a store for parties, assuming you like to party.
But what KIND of party, you ask? Well... could be a sports themed party. A Mario themed party. A retirement party. A Irish party. A Halloween party. Maybe even a hollywood style film premiere party.
If you have a party in mind, chances are there's something here made of cardboard that'll fit your requirements.
Oh, and they got costumes and giant rice crispy squares. Like... MASSIVE. I assume they're ment to be cut up and shared, but... why would you do that?
