“Update Feb 2024:Another smooth and easy interaction renting a truck from here. Thank you.July 2023I rented a U-Haul from this store and had some issues with the previous customer not returning it on time. The cashiers were very friendly, kind and helpful even though I was very frustrated on moving day. They not only let me know as soon as it arrived but also made arrangements to have a discount on my bill. Very impressed, thank you! Will use your services if I need to in the future.”

“I loved this place right up until I was wrongfully accused of something. The younger gentleman wouldn't even tell us what we were being accused of just told us not to come back. At first I thought he was joking and he's like no I got you on video last night. We paid for everything we picked up. Even got a receipt. I can't even fathom why we were banned but I am very upset. We spend a fair bit of money there each time we go so this is a horrible way to treat loyal customers and he refused to show us the video the video of what we did. Told us we had to call the police. I think I'm going to do just that when I get home. Its horrible business practice to kick people out of a store when they've done nothing wrong. I'll also be reporting this to the BBB**UPDATE-- repeatedly apologized. Made us very happy for him to do so.”
