“What a great experience. When I walked into the bank there was 8 people in the line. I thought for sure that I was going to be there for an hour. The branch manager Dan came out of his office and asked everyone in line if he could help them. Anyone that was doing an electronic transaction was brought into an office and helped. He offered to help people use the ATM. I was taken into an office and helped by Kyle. He was so helpful and explained everything to me. Very friendly service and great to see everyone in the branch helping instead of hiding in their offices.”
