Staff are professional and take the time to help with any issues, patiently explaining everything in detail to make processes easy. They have a great approach to customer service, with management actively helping people in line, assisting with electronic transactions, and offering help with the ATM. However, the office has a strong chemical and synthetic perfume smell that can be problematic for those with scent allergies or intolerances. While the staff are amazing and helpful, it is noted they could be a bit more friendly. Overall, they receive strong recommendations for making banking visits easy.

I loved🥰 that they finally put 5$ notes💶 in there ATM machines now🥳 but there no tiny interest in my savings when I have decent amount of money in there now + most of the people working there are a little to serious😐in the bank so I get average treatment🤔

I have had accounts at this branch for 30 plus years and the quality of service has declined. It would be nice if they could manage to pick up the phone...
