the worst teller staff.every time I have to deal with tellers' at this location, without fail, they say,; 'it can not be done".then I ask to speak to the manager, and sure enough, it can be done quite easily and immediately- even without speaking with manager.the first answer from tellers is always no- like an insurance claim. many would accept this answer. why do I always have to point out to them that they are wrong, it is not lack of training or inexperienced staff. it is just 'NO", for no reasons I can discern, except passive aggressive.suck attitude from the tellers- especially the ones who have clearly been there for many years

What a great experience. When I walked into the bank there was 8 people in the line. I thought for sure that I was going to be there for an hour. The branch manager Dan came out of his office and asked everyone in line if he could help them. Anyone that was doing an electronic transaction was brought into an office and helped. He offered to help people use the ATM. I was taken into an office and helped by Kyle. He was so helpful and explained everything to me. Very friendly service and great to see everyone in the branch helping instead of hiding in their offices.

The worst experience of all...waited in the line for more than 20 minutes and then left without being served...stuffs are too slow...don't know what they are doing...and not friendly at all...thinking to close all accounts with them...wouldn't recommend anyone to go...

Goldie was amazing from beginning itself. He explained everything in detail making my mortgage process very easy.Goldie and his team had a very professional approach to all the questions that I asked and answered my questions very patiently to make sure I understand it. I will definitely recommend Goldie and team to my friends and family.

The staff here are very helpful although they could be a bit more friendly! The office smells like bath and body shop filled with chemical and synthetic smell of perfumes. Be careful if you have a scent allergy or intolerance. I had to peek my head outside to get fresh air while sitting with a staff. I am sure they don't realize how harmful these chemicals are , they can always use diffusers with essential oils if they want the place to smell nice ( that's what the staff told me when asked) rather than a toxin/chemical factory. It would be helpful if they understand that the customers can have allergy to these strong smells too. I hope they rectify this situation.

Why can't the bank actually have a human answer the phone rather then 10 minutes of bouncing around prompted options ! Very frustrating to say the least! Any bank that actually will answer the phone when I call will get my business !!

So since we are in the middle of a pandemic, the only way of communicating with a mortgage specialist is through text, which I don’t mind.The house market is on fire and after a few months of working with one of the mortgage specialists she tells me to get help from someone else, as she’s been helping me for months. When I saw a home I was interested in I would let her know the price and wanted to know what our bi-weekly payments would be. But homes are going fast and for over asking. She got feed up with me asking her and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She never even made it clear what our budget was.I find it hard to get a hold of any mortgage specialist, until it came to renewing our mortgage that is. We signed with them as we got a great rate but now, it’s just ghost town again.It’s so frustrating!
